  Excellent prices, dependable coverage, responsiveness to claims and proactivity to ensure I have the coverage I actually need. Kudos: Aussie Light! Who in the world sees the name of their insurance agent on caller ID and actually smiles? Those of us who have ever had to rely on the strength of an insurance policy when accidents eventually happen know that 'some' coverage doesn't equal 'reliable' coverage. Often the amount of one's policy or the nearly 'invisible' riders in our contract, end up making our investment effectively worthless when we need it most. That has never been the case since I switched most of my insurance (5 policies) over to State Farm. Mike Gain's team has been proactive in making sure I know and understand my policies and my coverage options (whether it's increased limits or agent-initiated cost savings). Spearheading this effort for my account is Aussie Light. Not only is Aussie a pleasure to talk to, he never drops the ball, he never pushes a sale I do not welcome and he never makes me feel like anything other than a friend. If only every business had employees that did their job like they had ownership in the business… Solid!
